Agent will provide access to the broker compliance system
Transaction Manager will advise of any missing items according to broker's compliance checklist
Transaction Manager we will notify Agent right away of any missing items
Compose appropriate clean up amendments proactively, or in response to a compliance review
Documents will be uploaded into the broker's compliance system for review
Work together to obtain signatures or executed documents
Transaction Manager will provide a copy of the expected compensation documentation (*if available)

you have two choices - right away at acceptance or just before closing
getting the file started right away to ensures that your documents are obtained and processed in a timely manner and there is no delay in getting you paid
